Maximum Processing Time definition

Maximum Processing Time means:
Maximum Processing Time means defined time acknowledgement of an Incident and provision of a solution or a workaround to Customer.
Maximum Processing Time means that Asis shall provide a solution or a workaround within the specified time frame.

More Definitions of Maximum Processing Time

Maximum Processing Time means the following: (a) G3G must provide a solution or workaround within the agreed timeframe; (b) G3G will forward an Incident to SAP within the relevant timeframe if the cause of the defect in the Incident indicates a previously unknown problem with the SAP coding; (c) times during which the Incident’s status is “Customer Action” are not counted towards the Maximum Processing Time.
