McAllen Lease definition

McAllen Lease means (A) prior to the effectiveness of the McAllen Lease Amendment and Restatement, the Second Amended and Restated Master System Lease Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2012, between Company, as lessor, and Sharyland, as lessee, and (B) upon the effectiveness of the McAllen Lease Amendment and Restatement, the McAllen Lease Amendment and Restatement, as such lease may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, or any new lease entered into in replacement thereof, in accordance with Section 9.7(b) and/or 10.12 of this Agreement, as applicable.
McAllen Lease means the Third Amended and Restated Master System Lease Agreement (McAllen System) between Lessor and Lessee effective as of December 1, 2014, as the same may be amended from time to time.

Examples of McAllen Lease in a sentence

  • The McAllen Lease shall be assumed by the Reorganized Debtor as of the Effective Date.

Related to McAllen Lease

  • Sub-Lease means the sub-lease entered into following the approval of an Approved Sub-lease;

  • Wet Lease means any arrangement whereby Owner or a Permitted Lessee agrees to furnish the Aircraft, Airframe or any Engine to a third party pursuant to which the Aircraft, Airframe or Engine shall at all times be in the operational control of Owner or a Permitted Lessee, provided that Owner’s obligations under the Trust Indenture shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any such arrangement.

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • Mining Lease means the mining lease granted pursuant to Clause 12 and includes any renewal thereof and according to the requirements of the context shall describe the area of land demised as well as the instrument by which it is demised;

  • Urban renewal area means a slum area or a blighted area or a combination thereof which the municipality designates as appropriate for an urban renewal project.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Existing Lease shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 10.7.

  • Base Lease means the Base Lease Agreement delivered concurrently with this Lease between the Company and the Issuer.

  • the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;

  • Company Lease means any lease, sublease, sub-sublease, license and other agreement under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries leases, subleases, licenses, uses or occupies (in each case whether as landlord, tenant, sublandlord, subtenant or by other occupancy arrangement), or has the right to use or occupy, now or in the future, any real property.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Banking Premises means the interior of that portion of any building occupied by a banking institution or similar safe depository.

  • Head Lease or “Superior Lease” means the document which sets out the promises the Landlord has made to the Superior Landlord. The promises contained in this Head Lease will bind the Tenant if he has prior knowledge of those promises.

  • Lease means any agreement, whether written or oral, no matter how styled or structured, pursuant to which a Loan Party is entitled to the use or occupancy of any real property for any period of time.

  • Ground Lessor means, as to any Site, the “lessor,” “sublessor,” “landlord,” “licensor,” “sublicensor” or similar Person under the related Ground Lease.
