Measure A expenditure plan definition

Measure A expenditure plan means the Sacramento County Measure A Transportation Expenditure Plan 2009-2039 dated June 10, 2004, as adopted by the Sacramento Transportation Authority under Ordinance No. STA-04-01, which plan specifies the allocation of Measure A sales taxes and Measure A development impact fees for specified public facilities.
Measure A expenditure plan means the Marin County Transportation Sales Tax Expenditure Plan, the 20-year plan for expending the half-cent sales tax revenues contained in Measure A, approved by voters in 2004 and implemented in 2005.

  • Consolidated Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the aggregate amount of expenditures for additions to property, plant, and equipment that are not Consolidated Expansion Capital Expenditures.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditure means cash expenditures (including expenditures for the construction of new capital assets or the replacement, improvement or expansion of existing capital assets) by a Group Member made to maintain, over the long term, the operating capacity or operating income of the Partnership Group. For purposes of this definition, “long term” generally refers to a period of not less than twelve months.

  • Planned Expenditures shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term Excess Cash Flow.

  • Exploration Expenditures means the sum of:

  • Annual Operating Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 15.3(b)(i).

  • CapEx Budget means the annual budget for the Asset Entities taken as a whole covering the planned Capital Expenditures for the period covered by such budget. The CapEx Budget shall not include Capital Expenditures consisting of discretionary expenditures made to acquire fee or easement interests with respect to any Ground Lease Tower Site or Easement Tower Site, or non-recurring expenditures made to enhance the Operating Revenues of a Tower Site.

  • Operating Plan means a plan adopted or amended under this section for the development, redevelopment, maintenance, operation and promotion of a business improvement district, including all of the following:

  • management expense ratio means the total fees and expenses a fund paid during a year divided by its average assets for that year.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
