Measured Energy definition

Measured Energy for any period means the algebraic sum of the electric energy in kilowatt-hours as shown by or computed from the readings of the existing kilowatt-hour meters located at the Point of Metering and adjusted for: (i) losses, if any, between the Point of Metering and the Point of Delivery and, (ii) Power Factor adjustment as set forth in Section 4.4.

Examples of Measured Energy in a sentence

  • The total incentive payments due to the Project Sponsor will be calculated by multiplying the Measured Demand Savings and Measured Energy Savings by the applicable incentive prices associated with the Measures installed at the Project Site (the “Incentive Rates”).

  • The Performance Payment will be the remaining amount of the total incentive payment due based upon the Measured Demand Savings and Measured Energy Savings.

  • If the average Power Factor during any Billing Period is found to be less than 90% lagging, the Measured Energy during such Billing Period will be increased by 3/4 of 1% for every 1%, or portion thereof, that the Power Factor is less than 90%.

  • The total incentive payment for this Project shall not exceed $ based upon a Demand Savings of kW and a total Annual Energy Savings of kWh. No more than sixty-five percent (65%) of the Measured Demand Savings and Measured Energy Savings for the Project may be derived from lighting measures.
