Medallion Loan Documents definition

Medallion Loan Documents means, with respect to any Medallion Loan, each of the documents referred to in Section 2 of the Custodial Agreement (regardless of whether such document has been delivered to the Custodian under the Custodial Agreement).
Medallion Loan Documents means, with respect to any Medallion Loan, the related Obligor Note and any related loan agreement, security agreement, mortgage, assignment of indemnity, financing statements and other documents, instruments, certificates or assignments (including amendments or modifications thereof) executed by the Obligor thereof or by another Person on the Obligor’s behalf in respect of such Medallion Loan and related Obligor Note, including, without limitation, general or limited guaranties.

Examples of Medallion Loan Documents in a sentence

  • Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, the exercise by the Agent and the Lender of their rights hereunder shall not release the Borrower or any other MF/Borrower Related Party from any of their duties or obligations with respect to any Medallion Loans, the related Medallion Loan Documents or any other instrument, document or agreement included in the Collateral.

  • In addition, the Custodian shall provide to the Lender and the Borrower such information, as each may from time to time reasonably request, concerning the Medallion Loan Documents which are in the possession of the Custodian.

  • In addition, the Custodian shall provide to the Agent and the Borrower such information, as each may from time to time reasonably request, concerning the Medallion Loan Documents which are in the possession of the Custodian.

  • The Borrower will arrange for the provision of such services at its sole cost and expense and will maintain such insurance against loss or damage to Custodian’s Medallion Loan Files and Medallion Loan Documents as the Borrower deems appropriate.

Related to Medallion Loan Documents

  • Prepetition Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date.

  • Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • DIP Loan Documents means the Replacement DIP Loan Documents (as defined in the DIP Order).

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Agreement.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Mortgage Loan Documents means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, the Mortgage Loan Agreement, the Mortgage, the Notes and all other documents now or hereafter evidencing and securing the Mortgage Loan.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower, and any other document, instrument or agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, all as amended or extended from time to time.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • Subordinated Loan Documents means at any time the agreements and other documents then governing the Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • Cooperative Loan Documents As to any Cooperative Loan, (i) the Cooperative Shares, together with a stock power in blank; (ii) the original executed Security Agreement and the assignment of the Security Agreement endorsed in blank; (iii) the original executed Proprietary Lease and the assignment of the Proprietary Lease endorsed in blank; (iv) the original executed Recognition Agreement and the assignment of the Recognition Agreement (or a blanket assignment of all Recognition Agreements) endorsed in blank; (v) the executed UCC-1 financing statement with evidence of recording thereon, which has been filed in all places required to perfect the security interest in the Cooperative Shares and the Proprietary Lease; and (vi) executed UCC-3 financing statements (or copies thereof) or other appropriate UCC financing statements required by state law, evidencing a complete and unbroken line from the mortgagee to the Trustee with evidence of recording thereon (or in a form suitable for recordation).

  • Subordinate Loan Documents means the Subordinate Note, the Subordinate Mortgage, and all other documents at any time evidencing, securing, guaranteeing, or otherwise delivered in connection with the Subordinate Indebtedness.

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Original Loan Documents means the "Loan Documents" as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Documents has the meaning specified for the term “Loan Documents” in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Borrower Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.06.
