Median Income Household definition

Median Income Household means a household whose combined annual gross income for all members does not exceed one hundred (100) percent of the median income for the City and County of San Francisco, as calculated by MOH using data from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (or, if unavailable, alternative data used by MOH for such purposes) and adjusted for household size.
Median Income Household means a single person, family, or unrelated persons living together whose income is at or below 100 percent of the median income adjusted for family size as most recently determined by the federal department of housing and urban development for the county in which the housing is located and in effect as of January 1st of the year in which the determination is to be made as to whether the single person, family, or unrelated persons living together qualify as a median-income household.
Median Income Household means a household whose Household Income does not exceed the Area Median Income applicable to Marin County, adjusted for household size, as published annually by the California Department of Housing and Community Development; generally a household with a Household Income between eighty percent (80%) and one hundred percent (100%) of Area Median Income, adjusted for actual household size.
