Meeting Rules definition

Meeting Rules means the rules for the convening of meetings of, and passing of resolutions by, Holders set out in Annexure A to the Deed Poll.
Meeting Rules means the rules for the convening of meetings of, and passing of resolutions by, Noteholders set out in Annexure B to these Terms and Conditions.
