Member City definition

Member City means "Owner City" as set forth in the SCORE Public Development Authority Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement dated December 11, 2019.
Member City means a city which is an incorporated municipality organized with a council, City Manager/Administrator form of government, and which has been approved for participation in the Authority by the Executive Committee in accordance with applicable provisions of the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement and the Bylaws, and has signed the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement.
Member City means the party identified as such in the Preamble hereof, and its successors and permitted assigns, and includes Member City in its capacity as a debtor in possession under the Bankruptcy Code.

Member City has the meaning set forth in the Interlocal Agreement.

Upon withdrawal from Grantor, any former Member may become a Grantor pursuant to this Franchise and subject to the applicable withdrawal provisions of the Joint Powers Agreement. The Franchise may then be administered separately by that Member City as to its territorial boundaries, except that in no event should Grantee’s cumulative Franchise burden be increased thereby.
