Membership Transfer Date definition

Membership Transfer Date means the date which is six months after the Completion Date or another earlier date agreed in writing by PowerGen and the Buyer or if earlier, such date as the Inland Revenue may require for the cessation of the participation of the Buyer in PowerGen's Scheme;
