Merchandise Display definition

Merchandise Display means stands, tables, freestanding merchandise or other features intended for sale to the general public that is placed within the public rights-of-way. For the purposes of administering this Chapter, sandwich board signs shall be considered a merchandise display.
Merchandise Display means any display of commercial goods or merchandise for sale, offer or promotion of professional services, situated on public or private property.
Merchandise Display means a seasonal display of goods for sale in the sidewalk space frontage abutting the business, including signs, racks, tables, merchandise or other property used to display or contain merchandise that shall not be left on any Town property other than during normal business hours.

Merchandise Display means any display of commercial goods or merchandise for sale, offer or promotion of professional service or the display of flowers/flower pots or similar objects.
Merchandise Display means the outdoor area used on a seasonal basis to display commercial goods and merchandise offered for sale by the Primary Use in an effort to entice the buying public. This definition shall be read to include the display of clothing racks, tables, shelving, flower pots or similar objects.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.
