Mesa Equipment definition

Mesa Equipment has the meaning set forth in the Settlement Agreement.

Examples of Mesa Equipment in a sentence

  • Apple agrees that the sale or use of ASF Furnaces and the sale or use of the Mesa Inventory or the Salem Inventory and sale or use of the Mesa Equipment does not infringe on any of Apple’s intellectual property.

  • On or prior to the Expiration Date, Tenant shall remove all Mesa Equipment owned by the GTAT Parties from the Premises and surrender the Premises in as good condition as of the Commencement Date, reasonable wear and tear, damage by fire or other casualty, and damage caused by Landlord excepted.

  • In no event will Tenant be permitted to access any part of the Building other than the Premises; provided that, so long as Tenant is leasing the entire Premises comprising 504,700 square feet shown on Exhibit B, Tenant will have the right to move personnel and the Mesa Equipment between the two units comprising the Premises through the area specified on Exhibit B.

  • To the extent reasonably possible, taking into consideration the optimal schedule for installation of the Mesa Equipment in the Premises and the Goods delivery schedule under the MDSA SOW, Landlord will grant Tenant access to each Phase prior to its Applicable Phase Delivery Date as reasonably required for Tenant to perform work within such Phase relating to Tenant’s installation of Tenant’s Property (the “Tenant’s Early Access Work”).

  • Farm equipment means equipment used directly for farming

  • Project Equipment means all personal property, goods, leasehold improvements, machinery, equipment, furnishings, furniture, fixtures, tools and attachments wherever located and whether now owned or hereafter acquired, financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of the Bonds, and any additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and replacements thereof, including, without limitation the Project Equipment described in Appendix C hereto, as amended from time to time in accordance herewith.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

  • Terminal Equipment means all telephone instruments, including pay telephone equipment, the common equipment of large and small key and PBX systems and other devices and apparatus, and associated wirings, which are intended to be connected electrically, acoustically or inductively to the telecommunication system of the telephone utility.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Interconnection equipment means a group of components or an integrated system owned and operated by the interconnection customer that connects an electric generator with a local electric power system, as that term is defined in Section 3.1.6.2 of IEEE Standard 1547, or with the electric distribution system. Interconnection equipment is all interface equipment including switchgear, protective devices, inverters or other interface devices. Interconnection equipment may be installed as part of an integrated equipment package that includes a generator or other electric source.

  • Production equipment (1 7 9) means tooling, templates, jigs, mandrels, moulds, dies, fixtures, alignment mechanisms, test equipment, other machinery and components therefor, limited to those specially designed or modified for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.
