Meter Tampering Charges means any costs associated with Meter Tampering by You or any other person, however caused, including (without limitation) the costs of repairing or replacing the tampered Meter and the costs of all Gas obtained from Us without charge as a result of the Meter Tampering; and/or all internal and external costs associated with theft, loss, damage or
Meter Tampering Charges means any costs associated with Meter Tampering by you or any other person, however caused, including (without limitation) the costs of repairing or replacing the tampered meter and the costs of all electricity and/or gas obtained from us without charge as a result of the Meter Tampering; and/or all internal and external costs associated with theft, loss, damage or other interference to equipment (whether by you or any other person, however caused) including (without limitation) (a) the costs of a new Meter or other relevant equipment; and
Meter Tampering Charges means any costs associated with Meter Tampering by you or any other person, however caused, including (without limitation) the costs of repairing or replacing the tampered meter and the costs of all the electricity obtained from us without charge as a result of the Meter Tampering; and/or all internal and external costs associated with theft, loss, damage or other interference to equipment (whether by you or any other person, however caused) including (without limitation) (a) the costs of a new Meter or other relevant equipment; and (b) the costs of installation and/ or new connection of a new meter or equipment; and/or (c) the costs of repair to damaged meters and/or equipment. Order means the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992; Our/Us/We means the party named as SSE Airtricity Energy Supply (NI) Ltd in the Contract, its employees, subcontractors and agents and its successors and permitted assigns; Party means either You or Us, and Parties means You and Us; Prices means the unit rates and charges for the supply by Us; Registration means the recording by the MRSO of a person as being responsible for the provision of a supply of electricity with effect from a particular date and the term “Registration” shall be interpreted accordingly; Regulator Means the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation (NIAUR); SCA Means the Electricity Distributor’s standard connection agreement as updated and approved by the Regulator from time to time. You may view these conditions on Electricity Distributor’s website; Supplier means in relation to a Supply Point a person You have appointed to supply You with electricity; Supply Point means the point(s) at which the flow of electricity is metered at the premises, as listed in the Contract, unless otherwise agreed in accordance with clause 4.1 ; You/Your means the Party named as the Customer in the Contract.

  • Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;

  • operating charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of the operation, transfer or termination of a client’s account and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Non-Recurring Charges means any charges imposed by the TDSP or other third parties on a non-recurring basis for services, repairs or additional equipment needed for Customer’s electric service.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • parking charge means the charge paid by drivers to leave a vehicle in a parking place;

  • Carrying Charges or "rental" means all regular charges paid on a periodic basis to a housing corporation by a person or family living in a rental or cooperative housing project, excluding initial down payments.

  • Delivery charges means charges by the seller for preparation and delivery to a location designated by the purchaser of tangible personal property or services. Delivery charges include, but are not limited to, transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating, and packing. Beginning September 1, 2004, delivery charges do not include the charges for delivery of direct mail if the charges are separately stated on an invoice or similar billing document given to the purchaser. If a shipment includes both exempt property and taxable property, the seller shall allocate the delivery charge using 1 of the following methods:

  • Restructuring Charges means any charges or expenses in respect of restructuring or consolidating any business, operations or facilities, any compensation or headcount reduction, or any other cost savings, of any Persons or businesses either alone or together with the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary, as permitted by GAAP or Regulation S-X under the Securities Act.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Monthly Recurring Charge or “MRC” shall mean the monthly recurring charges for the Service as set out in the Customer Order Form or COF;

  • Access Charges means the sum payable under the Access Agreement and/or this RAO agreed by the Operators to be paid by the Access Seeker to the Access Provider for providing the Access Service, the indicative Access Charges are as per Appendix C hereof which rate is exclusive of GST which shall be payable also by the Access Seeker.

  • Meter means, unless otherwise qualified, a device that measures and registers the integral of an electrical quantity with respect to time.

  • Cleanup costs means expenses (including but not limited to legal and professional fees) incurred in testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, neutralizing, detoxifying or assessing the effects of Pollutants.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;

  • Start-Up Costs means all fees, costs, and expenses incurred in connection with establishing the State Mitigation Trust and the Indian Tribe Mitigation Trust and setting them up for operation. Start-up costs shall not include the cost of premiums for insurance policies.

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;
