Metered Demand definition

Metered Demand means the registered demand in kW or 90% of the registered demand in kVA;
Metered Demand means the registered demand measured in or converted to kVA;
Metered Demand is the 5-Minute Metered Demand.

  • Except for dynamic schedules, the Metered Demand in kilowatts shall be the largest of the 60‑minute clock-hour Integrated Demands at which electric energy is delivered (received) for a transmission customer: at each point of delivery (receipt) for which the Metered Demand is the basis for the determination of the Measured Demand; during each time period specified in the applicable rate schedule; and during any billing period.

  • For two-way Dynamic Schedules, the Metered Demand in kilowatts shall be the largest instantaneous value of the Dynamic Schedule during the hour.

Metered Demand means Company’s kilowatt metered power demand. Metered Demand may be determined on a 30-Minute or 5-Minute basis, as applicable, and be adjusted for any transmission and distribution losses.
