Letter of Agency or LOA means a document, as described in Section 2EE(2) of the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/2EE(2)), provided by a customer to a Retail Electric Supplier or Metering Service Provider to authorize that RES or MSP to change or provide certain services for such customer.
