Mexican Trustee definition

Mexican Trustee shall have the meaning set forth in the definition ofMexican Security Trust”.
Mexican Trustee means the trustee (fiduciario) appointed in the Mexican Guaranty Trust Agreement.
Mexican Trustee means Bancomer, S.A., as trustee under the Mexican Trust Agreements and as trustee under the Mexican Collateral Reserve Agreement, and its successors in such capacity.

Mexican Trustee. Means Fianzas Monterrey Aetna, S.A., Institucion de Fianzas, Grupo Financiero Bancomer (Fianzas Monterrey Aetna, Stock Corporation, Trust Institution, Bancomer Financier Group), or any other trust institution designated through joint agreement by the parties. "Affiliate".- Means any corporation where BORROWER holds shares of the capital stock in a proportion below 25% (twenty-five percent).

  • Canadian Trustee means the Person named as the “Canadian Trustee” in the first paragraph of this Indenture until a successor Canadian Trustee shall have become such pursuant to the applicable provisions of this Indenture, and thereafter “Canadian Trustee” shall mean or include each Person who is then a Canadian Trustee hereunder; provided, however, that if at any time there is more than one such Person, “Canadian Trustee” as used with respect to the Securities of any series shall mean only the Canadian Trustee with respect to Securities of that series.

  • Loan Trustee Means, with respect to any Indenture, the bank, trust company or other financial institution designated as loan trustee thereunder, and any successor to such loan trustee.
