Mezzanine Credit Agreement definition

Mezzanine Credit Agreement means that certain Mezzanine Facility Agreement dated 31 October 2007 (as amended, restated, supplemented and/or otherwise modified) together with all Finance Documents (as defined therein), agreements, documents, notes, instruments, and any other agreements delivered pursuant thereto or in connection therewith.
Mezzanine Credit Agreement means the $300,000,000 Mezzanine Credit Agreement, dated as of December 21, 2006, by and among Holdings, the lenders party thereto and Credit Suisse, Cayman Islands Branch, as administrative agent.
