Milestone Certificate definition

Milestone Certificate means the certificate to be issued by the Engineer in relation to the achievement or otherwise of Milestones.

Milestone Certificate means a certificate as set out inAppendix “G”, prepared by the ESCo, for the approval of Canada, and executed by Canada and the ESCo. The purpose of the certificate is to certify that the Energy Savings claimed by the ESCo are reasonable and justified.

Milestone Certificate has the meaning set forth in Article 4.

Examples of Milestone Certificate in a sentence

• Subject to the foregoing, Customer shall sign each Milestone Certificate to signify Customer’s agreement that the applicable Milestone has been completed.

• In the event that Customer does not agree that a Milestone has been completed, Customer shall notify Contractor in writing within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of the Milestone Certificate.

More Definitions of Milestone Certificate

Milestone Certificate means evidence acceptable to Verra of completion of the relevant Milestone;

Milestone Certificate means written notice that the Fund accepts a deliverable or that a milestone in the provision of the Services has been completed or achieved to the Fund’s satisfaction; Progress Report means a report which sets out: the progress of the provision of the Services in relation to any contractual programme or timetable; the cost of the work during the period covered by the report; details of any problems encountered by the Service Provider in conducting the Services and solutions (including timeframes) identified to overcome those problems;

Milestone Certificate means a certificate substantially in the form of Exhibit G (Milestone Certificate) executed by a Financial Officer of Borrower (x) in the case of the Initial Milestone Certificate, confirming that at least two of the ESG Milestones have been achieved by the Initial Milestone Long-Stop Date and (y) in the case of the 2023 Milestone Certificate, to the extent one or more of the ESG Milestones was not achieved by the Initial Milestone Long-Stop Date, confirming that such ESG Milestone(s) have been achieved by December 31, 2023.

Milestone Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Contract.

Milestone Certificate means the certificate issued under clause 7.2 and as set out at in Attachment F;

Milestone Certificate means a certificate signed by the President or a Vice President of the Company stating that the Company has achieved the milestone identified as the receipt of an approval order from the FDA for the premarket approval application filed for the Company's Vibrant P and Vibrant D soundbridges (the "Approval Order"). The Milestone Certificate shall also include a copy of the Approval Order. The Company shall deliver such Milestone Certificate no later than ten days after receipt of the Approval Order.

Milestone Certificate means, in the case of each Advance, a certificate to be provided by the Borrower to the Lender substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule F which shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Lender and approved by the Technical Advisor in accordance with this Agreement.
