Military Students definition

Military Students means students of active duty military service members, as well as students of military service members who have been severely injured or died during active duty that were discharged or retired due to their injuries less than a year prior to transfer.
Military Students means students who reside in the household of a person who is on active duty in or serving in the reserve component of a branch of the United States armed forces. It also refers to the children of members or veterans of the uniformed services who are severely injured and medically discharged or retired or for one year after medical discharge or retirement and members who die on active duty or as a result of injuries sustained on active duty for a period of one year after death.
