Examples of Mineral estate in a sentence
If the whole or materially all of the Mineral Estate shall be taken or condemned, this Lease shall cease and terminate and all Royalty and other charges hereunder shall be apportioned as of the date of vesting of title in such taking or condemnation proceedings.
The Mineral Estate is leased to Lessee for the purposes of mineral extraction of Authorized Minerals and for no other purpose or use whatsoever.
