Minor Error definition

Minor Error means any demonstrable Error that: (a) causes a function to not execute as set forth in the specifications for the Product, without a significant loss of intended functionality; or (b) disables one or more nonessential functions.
Minor Error means a contravention or failure to comply with this Act which is unlikely to disadvantage the debtors concerned in any significant respect.
Minor Error means transposition of letters in words of common knowledge, typographical errors, or omissions of letters and numbers.

Examples of Minor Error in a sentence

  • Upon CIC’s receipt of notice of a Minor Error and upon CIC’s verification of such Minor Error, CIC will initiate work to provide Error Correction for such Minor Error in the next regular release of the Product.

  • VENDOR shall (i) respond to Collin County by telephone within four business hours following VENDOR’s receiving a Support Request regarding a Minor Error and(ii) assign the appropriate personnel to commence efforts to correct the Error.

  • Upon VENDOR’s receiving a Support Request regarding a possible Error, VENDOR shall designate such possible Error as being (i) a Major Error, (ii) a Minor Error, or (iii) a Routine Error.

  • Customer will classify each Error as a Critical Error, Major Error or Minor Error.

  • If the Error, for which the Support Request was placed, does (in the sole discretion of the Company) relate to the System, the Company shall: (i) classify such Error as Fatal Error, Major Error, or Minor Error and (ii) provide Partner with subsequent follow up in accordance with the service levels detailed in the Annex to this Schedule.


More Definitions of Minor Error

Minor Error means a Software Error that prevents Licensee to use a non-critical function of the Software that is also non-essential to Users’ workflow and processes.

Minor Error means an error that does not impair the performance or continued performance of one or more critical functions of the NEWNET Software.
Minor Error means an Error that would be a Critical or Serious Error, but for which a reasonably acceptable workaround is available or an Error that renders less significant features of the Software unavailable with no reasonably acceptable workaround. For clarity, a Minor Error is classified as “Priority 2: Fix Before Next Build” or lower in NV Bugs.
