Group Meetings. The Department agrees that group meetings of employees serve as a useful means of communication. Employees may request group meetings to discuss their concerns about workplace issues. Supervisors will consider and provide a response to such requests. The right of the local union to be notified of and attend such meetings is set forth in Article 49 - Rights and Responsibilities.

We may hold requested relationship meetings or special meetings with a group of Providers within our DHB area and/or with bodies that are representative of Providers in our DHB area where we consider that this is more practicable or appropriate than meeting with you individually, to address issues common to more than one Provider.

Group Meetings. Conduct or participate in, on the grounds of any property owned by Landlord, any carnivals, yard sales, rallies, fraternity meetings or other group meetings or activities without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
Group Meetings. A. When the Department conducts group meetings with RNs and the topics include personnel policies, practices, or working conditions, NNU will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to be present.
B. RNs may request group meetings with the Department and NNU representatives to discuss workplace issues. The Department will schedule the meeting in coordination with NNU. The Department agrees that by participating in such meetings NNU does not waive its right to request formal bargaining consistent with the Statute.
C. RNs may raise workplace concerns to the Department and/or NNU. RNs can request a meeting with NNU to discuss RN representational issues but only the Department can allow RNs to have a meeting on work time, and determine the number of RNs to be released and the time of the release. Other than meetings conducted in space reserved for NNU, NNU may request meeting space, subject to the Department’s approval which will be based on local availability and as not to disrupt patient care. Subject to Department approval, RNs will be allowed to attend a meeting with other RNs and NNU, and/or Department representatives to discuss these concerns while on duty. These meetings may be staggered or several meetings scheduled to allow all interested staff to attend.
Group Meetings. The parties agree that regular and periodic (preferably monthly) group meetings will be held within each service, department, or unit, to discuss concerns of both the Department / Management and employees. The Local shall be notified of such meetings and be given the opportunity to attend.
Group Meetings. A meeting of the Holders in an Interest Group, or an Affected Group, or a Relevant Group may be called by the Supervisor or the Issuer at any time, and shall be called on the written request of Holders of Bonds carrying together not less than 5% of the voting rights entitled to be exercised on any of the questions to be considered at the meeting of the group in question. All the provisions of this Deed including the definition of Special Resolution relating to meetings of Holders apply, with all necessary modifications, to a meeting of an Interest Group, an Affected Group or a Relevant Group, except that if the Issuer so elects, one meeting may be held of Holders constituting more than one group, so long as voting at that meeting is by way of a poll, and proper arrangements are made to distinguish between the votes of members of each group. The Union shall be notified of such meetings and given the opportunity to attend if the meeting meets the definition of a “formal discussion.”
Group Meetings. Directors and key personnel may attend meetings of technical, trade, or professional groups at District expense when authorized by the Board of Directors or the General Manager. The cost of the expenses incurred by the employee will be reimbursed by the District.
Group Meetings. When management conducts group meetings with bargaining unit RNs and the topics include personnel policies, practices, or working conditions, the UAN will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to be present.
