Minutes of Settlement definition

Minutes of Settlement means the agreement reached by the Parties, the terms of which were stipulated in the Minutes of Settlement dated June 8, 2020, a copy of which is attached to this Settlement Agreement as Schedule “A”.
Minutes of Settlement means the Minutes of Settlement between Redpath Sugar Ltd., Daniels HR Corporation, Daniels QQ Corporation, QQE 162 Inc. and the City of Toronto dated May 15, 2014, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Payments to Holders of CDN ZAI PD Claims shall be made by the CDN ZAI PD Claims Fund in accordance with the procedures set forth in the CDN ZAI Minutes of Settlement.

More Definitions of Minutes of Settlement

Minutes of Settlement means those minutes of settlement dated ______, 2020 between the Creditor, the Debtor, the Guarantor, Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx.

  • Viatical settlement broker means a person, including a life insurance producer as provided for in section 508E.3, who, working exclusively on behalf of a viator and for a fee, commission, or other valuable consideration, offers or attempts to negotiate viatical settlement contracts between a viator and one or more viatical settlement providers or one or more viatical settlement brokers. Notwithstanding the manner in which the viatical settlement broker is compensated, a viatical settlement broker is deemed to represent only the viator, and not the insurer or the viatical settlement provider, and owes a fiduciary duty to the viator to act according to the viator’s instructions and in the best interest of the viator. “Viatical settlement broker” does not include an attorney, certified public accountant, or a financial planner accredited by a nationally recognized accreditation agency who is retained to represent the viator and whose compensation is not paid directly or indirectly by the viatical settlement provider or purchaser.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • Notice of Settlement means the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Viatical settlement contract or “contract” means a written agreement entered into between a provider and a viator in which the provider will pay consideration that is less than the expected death benefit of the viator's policy in return for the viator's assignment, transfer, sale, devise, or bequest of the death benefit or ownership of the policy to the provider.

  • ASTC Settlement Rules means the operating rules of ASTC and, to the extent that they are applicable, the operating rules of ASX and the operating rules of the Australian Clearing House Pty Limited;

  • Settlement Service as defined in Subsection 11.6(b).

  • Settlement Report a report summarizing Revolver Loans and participations in LC Obligations outstanding as of a given settlement date, allocated to Lenders on a Pro Rata basis in accordance with their Revolver Commitments.
