MISO Agreements definition

MISO Agreements means the MISO Tariff, any associated protocols, manuals, or procedures, and any other documents produced or maintained by the MISO.
MISO Agreements means the MISO Tariff and MISO’s Business Practice Manuals, as each may be amended from time to time; provided however, the MISO Tariff will govern in the event that there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions or interpretation of the MISO’s Business Practice Manuals and the MISO Tariff.

  • Seller will charge or credit Buyer with the net dollar value between the Day-Ahead Schedule and the actual hourly Energy consumption multiplied by the hourly RT RSG rate (as defined in the MISO Agreements).

  • The BGS-LFP Supplier shall schedule Energy resources to meet its obligations with the MISO as provided for in the MISO Agreements.

  • The BGS-LRTP Supplier shall schedule Energy resources to meet its obligations with the MISO as provided for in the MISO Agreements.

  • Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-LRTP Supplier’s actual BGS-LRTP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-LRTP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-LRTP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-LFP Supplier’s actual BGS-LFP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-LFP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-LFP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • The Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

Related to MISO Agreements

  • Service Agreements means the agreements in the agreed form to be entered into between the Company and each of the Founders;

  • License Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.11 hereof.

  • Project Agreements means this Agreement, EPC Contract, O&M Contract and any other agreements or material contracts that may be entered into by the Developer with any person in connection with matters relating to, arising out of or incidental to the Project.

  • Trade Agreements means any applicable trade agreement to which Ontario is a signatory.

  • Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).

  • IP Agreements means all material Copyright Licenses, Patent Licenses, Trademark Licenses, and all other agreements, permits, consents, orders and franchises relating to the license, development, use or disclosure of any material Intellectual Property to which a Pledgor, now or hereafter, is a party or a beneficiary, including, without limitation, the agreements set forth on Schedule III hereto.

  • Settlement Agreements means any settlement reached in the U.S. Litigation with any of the Settling Defendants.

  • Interconnection arrangements means arrangements governing the physical connection of two or more networks to allow the use of another's network to hand off traffic where it is ultimately delivered (e.g., connection of a customer of telephone provider A to a customer of telephone company B) or sharing data and other information resources.

  • Supply Contracts means contracts having as their object the purchase, lease, rental or hire-purchase, with or without an option to buy, of products. A supply contract may include, as an incidental matter, siting and installation operations;

  • Affiliate Agreements means collectively, (a) the Administration Agreement dated as of March 15, 2011 between the Borrower and the External Manager, (b) the Amended and Restated Investment Advisory and Management Agreement dated as of December 12, 2011 between the Borrower and the External Manager and (c) the License Agreement dated as of March 14, 2011 between the Borrower and Tarrant Capital IP, LLC.

  • Commercial Agreements means all or any Agreement or Agreements with any third party including but not limited to broadcasting, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandising, licensing and advertising, for the general promotion of each or any of the Clubs in the Competition and the Company, and which have the object of promoting the welfare and general commercial interest and increasing the financial resources of each of the Clubs, the Company and the Competition.
