MISO Agreements definition

MISO Agreements means the MISO Tariff, any associated protocols, manuals, or procedures, and any other documents produced or maintained by the MISO.
MISO Agreements means the MISO Tariff and MISO’s Business Practice Manuals, as each may be amended from time to time; provided however, the MISO Tariff will govern in the event that there is any inconsistency between the terms and conditions or interpretation of the MISO’s Business Practice Manuals and the MISO Tariff.

  • The BGS-FP Supplier shall schedule Energy resources to meet its obligations with the MISO as provided for in the MISO Agreements.

  • The Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP Supplier’s actual BGS-FP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP Supplier’s actual BGS-FP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • The BGS-LRTP Supplier shall schedule Energy resources to meet its obligations with the MISO as provided for in the MISO Agreements.

  • Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-LFP Supplier’s actual BGS-LFP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-LFP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-LFP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • Each of the Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-LRTP Supplier’s actual BGS-LRTP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-LRTP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-LRTP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • The BGS-LFP Supplier shall schedule Energy resources to meet its obligations with the MISO as provided for in the MISO Agreements.

  • The Companies will advise the MISO of the magnitude of the BGS-FP Supplier Responsibility Share, as required by the MISO, for the purpose of calculating the BGS-FP Supplier’s Capacity obligation, Energy obligation, Resource Adequacy Requirements, or other requirements related to the provision of service under this Agreement by the BGS-FP Supplier arising under the MISO Agreements.

  • The Company shall, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, the other ITC Agreements and the MISO Agreements, serve as an Independent Transmission Company for the GridAmerica Transmission Facilities.

Related to MISO Agreements

  • PJM Agreements means the PJM OATT, PJM Operating Agreement, PJM RAA and any other applicable PJM manuals or documents, or any successor, superseding or amended versions thereof that may take effect from time to time.

  • Service Agreements means the agreements in the agreed form to be entered into between the Company and each of the Founders;

  • Supply Agreements has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • VIE Agreements means the documents as set forth in Appendix B hereto.

  • Services Agreements means the Outsourcing Master Services Agreements between MBL and MGL dated November 15, 2007, and between the Non-Banking Holdco and MGL dated December 10, 2007, and any supplements or amendments thereto;
