If you elect to have your statement presented electronically, we may also send, from time to time, other notices and promotional material. The Credit Union will provide you error-resolution information with each periodic statement.

Your statement will remain on the site for 18 months from the date we notify you. We will stop sending paper statements on this account unless you notify us that you no longer wish to receive e- statements; however you can always request a special copy of the statement be created for you. Canceling e-statement: If you are not happy with your e-statement after you have tried it for at least one full quarter (3 months), we will switch you back to paper statement at no charge. We must hear from you at least five business days before the end of a statement period, which is either the last business day of the month or last day of business for the quarter. To switch from e-statement back to paper statements, call us at the number in the Schedule and ask us to re-set your account for paper statements. Electronic Statement. “eStatement”) CONSENT
Electronic Statement. This Agreement governs the Cue-Statement service provided by the Credit Union. Please read it carefully. The Credit Union provides you with monthly and/or quarterly statements of your account(s). These statements include certain disclosures required by Federal and State regulators. The Credit union will provide you with your statements, with applicable disclosures, electronically in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. The statements and disclosures provided to you electronically are called the “CUe-Statement.” The “CUe-Statement service” or “service” means the services the Credit Union provides to you under this Agreement. You acknowledge receipt of this Agreement and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein. You further agree to follow all instructions provided to you regarding the service. The terms and conditions included in the Agreement are in addition to the terms and conditions of all other account or loan agreements you may have with the Credit Union, including all disclosures made pursuant to such agreements. You agree to abide by any terms and condition which may be added to this Agreement because of future enhancements to the service. The Service: Using your personal computer and Online Anytime, you can access your statements 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, as long as we offer the service. You will be provided with instructions as to how to access your statement upon your consent to obtaining this service. When you receive your statement, you should review it carefully and either print or save the file for your records.

We may make other documents available to you in electronic form from time to time.
Electronic Statement. (s) (“E Statement(s)”). WKFS agrees to provide Customer with the E Statement products identified in the Order Form ("Products") and the services specific to such Products (“Services) (collectively, "WKFS Deliverable(s)"). WKFS Deliverable(s) include Licensed Content, which is the documents, forms, text, graphics, all aspects of presentation (including, but not limited to, type size, artwork, text boxes and formatting), all functional aspects of the content and presentation (including, but not limited to, location of content and completion fields, types of data required for completing fields, field names and other electronic tags or markers, merge engines and viewers), and all other WKFS content, in any format or media, that is contained in the Products and Services. WKFS may also provide professional services, which are personal services provided by WKFS, including consultation, training, implementation, and custom programming services.
