MMR Services definition

MMR Services means and refer to the services typically provided by companies in the primary business of providing carrier-neutral interconnections, such as Equinix, CRG West and Telehouse, including without limitation, furnishing of space, racks and pathway to telecommunications carriers for the purpose of such carriers’ placement and maintenance of computer, switch and/or communications equipment and cross-connections by such carriers with the communications cable and facilities of other parties in the Building.
MMR Services means the services typically provided by companies in the primary business of providing carrier-neutral interconnections, such as the Switch & Data, Equinix, CRG West and Telehouse, including without limitation, furnishing of space, racks and pathway in the Premises to tenants for the purpose of such tenants’ placement and maintenance of computer, switch and/or communications equipment and connections with the communications cable and facilities of other tenants in the Premises, and common area cable management systems comprised of ladder racks, fiber trays, under-floor cable trays and other similar equipment installed for the benefit of all tenants of the Premises.
MMR Services means the services typically provided by companies in the primary business of providing carrier-neutral interconnections, such as Equinix, CoreSite and Telehouse, including without limitation, furnishing of space, racks and pathway to parties for the purpose of such party’s placement and maintenance of computer, switch and/or communications equipment and connections with the communications cable and facilities of other parties in the Building. The foregoing notwithstanding, Landlord and Tenant acknowledge and agree that the rights granted to Tenant under Section 10.5 of this Lease are not MMR Services that are prohibited under this Section 6.1; provided that all of Tenant’s and all of Tenant’s Colocating Parties’ connections are established in the Meet-Me Room.

Examples of MMR Services in a sentence

  • Additionally, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 6.1, Tenant agrees that neither Tenant, nor any other Tenant Party, may (a) operate a meet-me room in the Tenant Space or any other portion of the Building, (b) provide MMR Services in the Tenant Space or any other portion of the Building, or (c) refer to the Tenant Space as a “meet-me room”.

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Rooms, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • In such event, all operations in the POP Rooms (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the POP Room, including pathways, may be governed and controlled by the Third Party POP Room Operator; each and all of which shall be subject to the terms of this Lease and such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and the Third Party POP Room Operator.

  • For purposes of this Agreement, MMR "Services" are those Services described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing: (a) Tenant shall not use the Premises, or permit the Premises to be used for any Conflicting Use and (b) Tenant may not provide MMR Services in the Premises or any other portion of the Building, or refer to the Premises as a “meet-me room”.

  • MMR and WFM may be referred to in this Agreement each as a "Party" and jointly as the "Parties." This Agreement sets forth the terms of MMR's Employee Benefits Program offered to WFM, pursuant to which MMR will offer WFM's Team Members that are patients of the Whole Foods Market Medical and Wellness Center facility ("MWC") [***]MMR Services offered through the MWC.

  • As such, all operations in the Meet-Me Room (including all MMR Services), and all Tenant presences in the Meet-Me Room, including pathway, are governed and controlled by telx; each and all of which is subject to such agreements and costs as are mutually agreed in writing, by and between Tenant and telx.

  • All operations in the Meet-Me Room (including all MMR Services, as defined in Section 6.1, below), and all Tenant presence, including pathway, in the Meet-Me Room (other than connections made in Landlord’s Meet-Me Room interconnection rack) are governed and controlled by telx; each and all of which is subject to such agreements and costs as are required, from time to time, by telx.

  • The Company will offer a twelve (12) month subscription to MMR Services to each Participant discharged from the Company's facilities, commencing on the date of discharge.

Related to MMR Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.
