MOA Participant definition

MOA Participant means a person described in Subsection 4.2.

Examples of MOA Participant in a sentence

  • The Activity Agreement contemplates that the “Activity Participants” under the Activity Agreement shall be comprised of the Activity Agreement Members, this SS- MOA Participant, and all other local agencies participating through separate Memoranda of Agreements that contain substantially the same terms as contained in this Memorandum of Agreement.

  • As part of its termination of this MOA, Participant must inform BTS either to return all data submitted by Participant or to destroy such submitted data, or if it is willing to allow all submitted data to remain a part of the SafeOCS database.

Related to MOA Participant

  • FTR Participant means any Market Participant that provides or is required to provide Collateral in order to participate in PJM’s FTR auctions.

  • CDS Participant means a participant in CDS that holds security entitlements in Units on behalf of beneficial owners of those Units;

  • U.S. Participant means a Participant who is a citizen of the United States or a resident of the United States, as defined in section 7701(a)(30)(A) and section 7701(b)(1) of the Code and any other Participant who is subject to tax under the Code with respect to compensatory awards granted pursuant to the Plan;

  • Former Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has ceased to be a Participant for any reason.

  • Inactive Participant means each Participant (other than a Retired Participant, Deceased Participant or Disabled Participant) who is not in active service as an Outside Director and is not actively employed by a Participating Company.

  • Current Participant means a Class Member who has an Active Account in one or both the Plans as of August 5, 2020.

  • Qualified Participant means a Participant who has attained age 55 and who has completed at least 10 years of participation in the Plan.

  • Participating employee means an employee whose election to participate in a Plan has been approved by the employer.

  • Eligible Employee means full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit who have completed four hundred and fifty (450) hours of service and who are not prohibited from contributing to the Plan by legislation or the Plan rules because of their age or because they are in receipt of a pension from the Plan.
