Mobile Goods definition

Mobile Goods means, collectively, all of each Pledgor’s motor vehicles, tractors, trailers, aircraft, rolling stock and other like property, whether or not the title thereto is governed by a certificate of title or ownership, in each case whether now owned or existing or hereafter acquired.

More Definitions of Mobile Goods

Mobile Goods means portable electric generators; construction equipment; repair equipment and tools; test equipment; items stored as spares; spooled cable; items shipped for replacement, repair, diagnostic testing or refund; items removed for salvage having a value of less than 5% of their original book value; property perfected on a nationwide basis (including wheeled vehicles, watercraft and aircraft) as long as it remains within the United States; and other items having an aggregate book value of no more than $1,000,000.
Mobile Goods means Equipment and Inventory as provided in Section 9-103(3) of the Code, and including without limitation the types of Borrower's Equipment and Inventory described in Section 6.10.

  • Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act means the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017;

  • Spectrum Compatibility means the capability of two (2) copper loop transmission system technologies to coexist in the same cable without service degradation and to operate satisfactorily in the presence of cross talk noise from each other. Spectrum compatibility is defined on a per twisted pair basis for specific well-defined transmission systems. For the purposes of issues regarding Spectrum Compatibility, service degradation means the failure to meet the Bit Error Ratio (BER) and Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) margin requirements defined for the specific transmission system for all Loop lengths, model Loops, or loss values within the requirements for the specific transmission system.

  • Mobile Network means the network facilities and/or network services comprising the public cellular network for the provision of Call Communications.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
