Mode of Settlement definition

Mode of Settlement means payment other than in one sum.

More Definitions of Mode of Settlement

Mode of Settlement means the form of settlement that the ELI holder elects to receive upon maturity of the ELI when the Final Stock Price is below the Reference Stock Price on the Final Fixing Date. The ELI holder can elect either cash settlement or physical settlement of the Settlement At Maturity;
Mode of Settlement means the form of settlement that the ELI holder elects to receive upon maturity of the ELI where (i) “Daily Airbag Feature” or “Final Fixing Date Airbag Feature” is not specified to be applicable in the applicable Term Sheet and the Final Stock Price of the Worst Performing Stock as of the Final Fixing Date is below its Reference Stock Price; or (ii) “Daily Airbag Feature” is specified to be applicable in the applicable Term Sheet and the Final Stock Price of the Worst Performing Stock as of the Final Fixing Date is below its Reference Stock Price and, on any Scheduled Trading Day during the Observation Period, the Closing Price of the Worst Performing Stock in respect of such Scheduled Trading Day is at or below its Airbag Level; or (iii) “Final Fixing Date Airbag Feature” is specified to be applicable in the applicable Term Sheet and the Final Stock Price of the Worst Performing Stock as of the Final Fixing Date is at or below its Airbag Level. The ELI holder can elect either cash settlement or physical settlement of the relevant Settlement At Maturity;

Related to Mode of Settlement

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Operating Agreement, section 3.3. PJM Tariff, Xxxxxx, O.A.T.T., OATT or PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff: “PJM Tariff,” “Tariff,” “O.A.T.T.,” “OATT,” or “PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff” shall mean that certain PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff, including any schedules, appendices or exhibits attached thereto, on file with FERC and as amended from time to time thereafter. Plan:

  • Effective Date of Settlement means: the date on which all of the conditions to settlement set forth in § 2 of this Settlement Agreement have been fully satisfied or waived and the Settlement shall have become Final.

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • Energy Settlement Area means the bus or distribution of busses that represents the physical location of Network Load and by which the obligations of the Network Customer to PJM are settled. Energy Storage Resource:

  • ASX Settlement Operating Rules means the rules of ASX Settlement Pty Ltd which apply while the Company is an issuer of CHESS approved securities;

  • settlement system means any infrastructure whether or not connected to the auction platform that can provide settlement services, which may include clearing, netting, management of collateral, or any other services, which ultimately enable the delivery of allowances on behalf of an auctioneer to a successful bidder or its successor in title, and the payment of the sum due by a successful bidder or its successor in title to an auctioneer, carried out through either of the following:

  • TARGET Settlement Day means any day on which TARGET2 is open for the settlement of payments in euro;
