Final Fixing Date definition

Final Fixing Date means the final fixing date as specified in Table 1 in the Annex or, if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of one or more Basket Components, the next following day which is a Scheduled Trading Day in respect of the relevant Basket Component.
Final Fixing Date means, subject to provisions regarding Market Disruption, the date specified in the Final Termsheet or if such date is not an Exchange Business Day the next succeeding Exchange Business Day.
Final Fixing Date means the earlier of: (i) the Issuer Call Fixing Date; (ii) the Holder Put Fixing Date; (iii) the relevant Final Fixing Date in respect of the Scheduled Maturity Date, each as applicable to the relevant Series of Certificates pursuant to the Final Terms applicable to such Series of Certificates; or (iv) in each case, if such date is not a Business Day, the immediately following Business Day;

Examples of Final Fixing Date in a sentence

  • If a Barrier Event has occurred but all Underlyings close above their Initial Fixing Level at the Final Fixing Date, the Investor will still receive on the Redemption Date a Cash Settlement which equals the Denomination.

  • If a Barrier Event has occurred but all Underlyings close above their Initial Fixing Level at the Final Fixing Date the Investor will still receive on the Redemption Date a Cash Settlement which equals the Denomination.

  • The price of this Structured Product depends on additional risk factors between the Initial Fixing Date and the Final Fixing Date.

  • Such Exchange Business Day and in case of Products on an Underlying listed in Asia the next following Exchange Business Day, will be treated as the Final Fixing Date, subject to any Market Disruption Event.

  • The management fee will be a percentage specified in the Issue Terms and will accrue from the Initial Fixing Date until the Final Fixing Date, therefore the longer the term of the product, the greater the reduction in the value of and return on the Product by the management fee.


More Definitions of Final Fixing Date

Final Fixing Date means the date specified as such in the Final Terms, or if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day the next following Scheduled Trading Day.

If such day is a Disrupted Day for such Linked Stock, the Closing Price of such Linked Stock in respect of the Final Fixing Date shall be determined on the Adjusted Final Fixing Date in accordance with the definition of “Closing Price” above. For the avoidance of doubt, valuation for any other Linked Stock on such day which is not a Disrupted Day for such Linked Stock shall not be affected by the foregoing;
Final Fixing Date means, in respect of an Underlying Asset, 20 March 2030, or if such day is not a Common Underlying Asset Day, the immediately following Common Underlying Asset Day, subject to adjustment in accordance with paragraph 3 (Consequences of Disrupted Days) below (for the avoidance of doubt, FX-linked Securities Asset Term 2.1(a) shall not apply).
Final Fixing Date means, with respect to any redemption of Securities by way of Cash Settlement, subject to provisions regarding a Disruption Event and Underlying liquidity, the date on which settlement of sale of the required amount of Crypto Asset Collateral was completed in full and the Administration Agent is able to calculate the Cash Redemption Amount in the Settlement Currency.
Final Fixing Date means 7 April 2007, or if such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the next following Scheduled Trading Day; and
