Modified Performance definition

Modified Performance means, in respect of an Interest Valuation Date the Interest Valuation Price on such day divided by the Initial Price(Interest), each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of such Interest Valuation Date.
Modified Performance means, in respect of an Interest Valuation Date, the sum of the Weighted Modified Asset Performance(Interest) for each Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of such Interest Valuation Date.

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;
