Modulr Account Terms and Conditions definition

Modulr Account Terms and Conditions means (1) the Introduced Client Application Form, (2) the Introduced Client Terms of Business and (3) the Modulr Account Terms and Conditions attached at Schedule 1 which together form a separate agreement between you and Modulr and which govern the terms on which you may use the Modulr Account.

  • Online Services Terms means the additional terms that apply to Customer’s use of Online Services published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.

  • Alternative program means a non-disciplinary monitoring or practice remediation process approved by a physical therapy licensing board. This includes, but is not limited to, substance abuse issues.
