No assignment, as that term is defined in Section 2(a)(4) of the Act, of this Contract shall be made by Money Manager, and this Contract shall terminate automatically in the event that it is assigned.
Investment Company shall be responsible for all custodial arrangements and the payment of all custodial charges and fees, and upon giving proper instructions to the Custodian, Money Manager shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to custodial arrangements or the acts, omissions or other conduct of the Custodian.
