Monitoring and Evaluation Plan or “MEP” means the plan, in form and substance satisfactory to the Association, contained in the Project Implementation Manual and outlining the information management and monitoring and evaluation system and indicators to be followed by the Recipient in monitoring and evaluating Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association, and such term includes any schedules to the MEP;

• Compliance Monitoring and Evaluation Plan in Compliance with the “Management Agency Agreement between the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Bureau of Reclamation” executed on December 22, 2008; May 2010.

More Definitions of Monitoring and Evaluation Plan
