Monthly Rebate Fee definition

Monthly Rebate Fee means, for each calendar month and with respect to each Consolidation Loan that was originated on or after October 1, 1993 (except for Consolidation Loans referred to in clause (B) below), the fee payable to the Department equal to the product of (x) one-twelfth, (y) (A) with respect to all of the Consolidation Loans (other than those, the applications of which have been received during the period from October 1, 1998 through January 31, 1999), 1.05% or (B) with respect to Consolidation Loans, the applications of which have been received during the period from October 1, 1998 through January 31, 1999, 0.62% and (z) the outstanding principal balance of such Consolidation Loan (including any increases in the principal balance of a Consolidation Loan due to the addition of the principal balance of a related Add-on Consolidation Loan) plus accrued interest on such Consolidation Loan as of the last day of such month.
Monthly Rebate Fee means, for each calendar month and with respect to each Consolidation Loan that is originated by the Eligible Lender Trustee on behalf of the Issuer, the fee payable to the Department equal to the product of (x) one-twelfth, (y) 1.05% and (z) the outstanding principal balance of such Consolidation Loan (including any increases in the principal balance of a Consolidation Loan due to the addition of the principal balance of a related Add-on Consolidation Loan) plus accrued interest on such Consolidation Loan as of the last day of such month.
Monthly Rebate Fee means with respect to any Settlement Period, the sum of the following product calculated for each day in such Settlement Period: (a) the rate, expressed as a percentage, established under the FFELP Program divided by 365 or 366, as applicable, times (b) the aggregate outstanding Principal Balance (plus accrued interest) of all Pledged Student Loans that are Federal Consolidation Loans on such day and require remittance of a monthly rebate fee.

More Definitions of Monthly Rebate Fee

Monthly Rebate Fee means the monthly rebate fee payable to the Department on the Financed Eligible Loans.

Related to Monthly Rebate Fee

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Monthly Fee means the total consideration, including but not limited to, equipment or locker rental,

  • Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.

  • Base Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer on each Distribution Date for services rendered during the related Collection Period, which shall be equal to one-twelfth of the Servicing Rate multiplied by the Pool Balance as of the close of business on the last day of the immediately preceding Collection Period or, with respect to the first Distribution Date, the Original Pool Balance.

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Servicing Fee means the fee payable to the Servicer for services rendered during each Collection Period, determined pursuant to Section 4.08 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Monthly Fees means, collectively, [INSERT FOR HFS: the Monthly Food and Beverage Fee,] the Monthly Program Fee and the Monthly Royalty Fee, each of which is set forth in the Addendum.   • Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Servicer in respect of any waived Prepayment Charges pursuant to Section 2.05 or Section 3.01.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.

  • Monthly Remittance Date The 18th day of each month, or if the 18th day is not a Business Day, the preceding Business Day.
