Monthly Report Period definition

Monthly Report Period means, with respect to any Monthly Report Date, the period commencing immediately following the prior Monthly Report Period (or on the Original Closing Date in the case of the Monthly Report Period relating to the first Monthly Report Date) and ending on the Monthly Report Determination Date prior to such Monthly Report Date.

  • The Monthly Report for a Monthly Report Period shall contain the information with respect to the Facility and the Collateral Obligations and Eligible Investments included in the Collateral set forth in Part 1 of Schedule 2 hereto, and shall be determined as of the Monthly Report Determination Date for such Monthly Report Period.

Related to Monthly Report Period

  • Monthly Reporting Period The period, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement, during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of:

  • Report Period as defined in subsection 2.18.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the 25th day of each month after the date of this Agreement (or if any such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day thereafter).
