Motor Cycle Parking Space means the motor cycle parking space provided pursuant to Special Condition No.(20)(a)(iii) of the Government Grant as shown and delineated on the Approved Plans for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents or occupiers of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees;
Motor Cycle Parking Space. A motor cycle parking space provided in the Development in accordance with Special Condition No. (18)(c)(i) of the Government Grant as may be varied by Special Condition No. (20) of the Government Grant (excluding any such space that forms part of the Common Areas) and each space shall be a space shown on the approved carpark layout plan under Special Condition No.(24) of the Government Grant. “Motor Cycle Parking Spaces” shall be construed accordingly.

Motor Cycle Parking Space means the space in the Car Park numbered M1 on the Third Floor intended for the parking of motor cycle belonging to the residents of the Residential Development and their bona fide guests visitors or invitees. Motor Cycle Parking Space means a parking space as required under Special Condition No.(20)(c)(i) of the Conditions and intended for the parking of motor cycles licensed under the Road Traffic Ordinance, any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents of the Residential Units and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees; means the plan, as more particularly defined under Special Condition No.(33)(e) of the Conditions and approved by the Director of Lands, indicating the location nature and scope of the Outside Works and the location of the extent of the areas of the Lot and the Government land on which the Owners may require or to be required to carry out the maintenance works, including the areas of the Lot and the Government land where the Owners may require or be required by the Director to carry out clearance of landslide debris or boulders under Special Condition No.(33)(f) of the Conditions;
