  • Any Motorola Software, including subsequent releases, is licensed to Customer solely in accordance with the Software License Agreement.

Related to Motorola Software

  • Supplier Software software which is proprietary to the Supplier (or an Affiliate of the Supplier) and which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Services, including the software specified as such in Schedule 5 (Software);

Font Software shall include all bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades, updates, related files, permitted copies, permitted conversions, and related documentation.
