Multi-Modal Bonds definition

Multi-Modal Bonds means the Bonds.
Multi-Modal Bonds means the bonds so described in Schedule I to Exhibit C attached hereto, as in effect from time to time.
Multi-Modal Bonds. ’ means $100,000,000 of the City’s General Obligation Bonds, Fiscal 2008 Series D, consisting of Subseries D-3 and D-4.
