Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste definition

Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste or “MHSW” means waste that consists of any one of the following materials, or any combination of them:
Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste. , means items referred to as municipal hazardous or special waste on Schedule D, and any other waste material designated as municipal hazardous or special waste by Provincial statue and / or the County, also referred to as Household Hazardous Waste;
Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste means municipal hazardous or special waste as defined in Ontario Regulation 542 under the Waste Diversion Act, 2002, S.O. 2002, c. 6, and includes, but is not limited to, a wet or dry cell battery, pressurized container, aerosol container, propane container, portable fire extinguisher, fertilizer, pesticide, oil filter, fluorescent light bulb or tube, pharmaceutical, medical syringe, mercury switch or thermostat, household cleaner or detergent, wax or polish;

More Definitions of Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste

Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste means, subject to subsection (2) of Ontario Regulation 542/06, waste that consists of municipal hazardous waste or municipal special waste, or any combination of them, whether or not the waste is owned, controlled or managed by a municipality;
Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste or “MHSW” means waste materials defined under Ontario Regulation 542/06;
