Municipal Parking Facility definition

Municipal Parking Facility means lands, lots or structures that have been set apart or established by the Corporation of the City of Burlington in this by-law for the Parking of Vehicles;
Municipal Parking Facility means any property owned by or under the control of the City of Cleveland designed and used by the public for the parking or storage of vehicles, except streets or highways.
Municipal Parking Facility means a parking facility that has been designated by City Council by-law to be operated by TPA.

Municipal Parking Facility means a City-owned parking facility regulated by the Department and operated by the City or by a contractor on behalf of the City that is available for public use.
