Storage of Vehicles. We are not a custodian of your property, consigned or otherwise! If you leave your vehicles or other property UNATTENDED ON OUR PREMISES or otherwise in our care, regardless of the reason, you and/or Owner of Said Company are solely responsible for any and all damage, theft, or loss relating to such property, including and damage caused by weather conditions, regardless of our knowledge or involvement, and we WILL charge you STORAGE FEES: Reasonable DAILY STORAGE FEES OF UP TO $25 PER DAY SHOULD ANY VEHICLE BE LEFT ON OLAA’S PREMISES.

Storage of Vehicles. If the Occupant stores any automobile, truck, boat, ATV, or any other item that has a motor in it, the Occupant shall place a drip pan under any possible sources of leaks. Occupant shall also disconnect the negative terminal of the battery or remove the battery from the personal property item. All automobiles will be parked in gear or in “park”. Chock blocks must secure the wheels of any automobile or trailer. Coolant must be suitable for -20 (minus twenty) degrees Fahrenheit.
Storage of Vehicles. All vehicles towed or stored by Contractor, whether under this Agreement or otherwise, shall be kept in an enclosed area, under lock and key, except when under direct supervision. At no time shall such vehicles be parked or stored or left standing on any public street or alley. Undamaged (high-value) vehicles shall be segregated from wrecks or junk and shall be kept in the primary lot. All vehicles shall be systematically parked and sufficiently separated to preclude the probability of damage.
Storage of Vehicles. Any vehicles containing explosive materials or explosive liquids are expressly prohibited inside any structure on the Premises or Ancillary Property.

Storage of Vehicles. 1. Contractor shall maintain a neat and orderly storage facility for the safekeeping and storage of up to 700 to 900 vehicles towed at the request of the County. The storage facility shall have at a minimum four (4) acres of storage space to store vehicles ordered towed by the County. The described storage facility shall be maintained at Contractor’s business location at 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Evansville, Indiana. 2. The storage facility maintained by the Contractor shall be completely enclosed by a secure fence and shall be in compliance with all zoning requirements. Contractor shall provide to the County all necessary certified documentation to show compliance with all zoning regulations, and that the Contractor possesses all necessary licenses and permits required to operate the business. 3. The storage facility shall be level and adequately drained to prevent any excessive or standing water even in times of inclement weather. 4. The Contractor recognizes and agrees that at the direction of the County, any vehicle may be held for an indefinite period of time. The failure of the Contractor to maintain the required storage facility may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement. 5. The Contractor shall maintain reasonable security systems and policies to prevent theft from or of vehicles or vandalism to vehicles that were impounded or towed at the direction of the County. 6. Contractor shall provide a safe place within the confines of the storage facility for securing items of personal property that are found inside a vehicle that was impounded or stored at the direction of the County. Contractor shall provide a consistent and reliable system for documenting what personal property items are from which stored vehicles. 7. Contractor shall provide a consistent and reliable system for documenting all physical damage to stored vehicles that was present upon their arrival to the storage facility. 8. Contractor shall ensure an adequate number of employees are on-duty at all times to adequately fulfill the requirements of this Agreement. 9. Contractor will allow any other wrecker service authorized by the owner of a vehicle on its property to have access to the property in order to pick up a vehicle or will move the vehicle to a location where the other wrecker service may pick up the vehicle and the Contractor will do this with no additional costs to the vehicle owner. 10.   • Personal Vehicles A. Employees who are directed by the Employer to use a personal vehicle for official state business shall do so in accordance with state fleet policies established by the Department of Budget and Management. When circumstances make it impractical for an employee to obtain a state vehicle on the day the vehicle will be used, such employee may request the vehicle at the end of the prior day’s shift, and the appointing authority shall make reasonable accommodation, consistent with the efficient operation of the unit, to accommodate such request. If such request cannot be granted, the employee may use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the full rate in accordance with state fleet policies.

  • Property and Equipment The buildings, plants, structures located at the Plant Property and the Equipment are all owned by the CCC Company free and clear of all Liens (except Permitted Liens) and are structurally sound, are in good operating condition and repair, subject to normal wear and tear, and are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, and none of such buildings, plants, structures, personal property or Equipment is in need of maintenance or repairs except for ordinary, routine maintenance and repairs that are not material in nature or cost.

  • Rental Equipment 7.1 We will at all times own all Rental Equipment supplied to you. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services. 7.2 Subject to the other terms of this paragraph 7, we (or our authorised representative) shall, during our usual working hours: 7.2.1 where necessary install the Rental Equipment at your premises at a time and date agreed with you; and 7.2.2 use our reasonable endeavours to repair any faults to the Rental Equipment in accordance with our standard procedures (which are available on request). 7.3 It is your responsibility to look after the Rental Equipment that is in your possession or custody and you agree to pay for the Rental Equipment to be replaced or repaired if it is lost, stolen or damaged. 7.4 You will notify us promptly of any faults which occur, any repairs which become necessary, and of any loss, theft or damage to the Rental Equipment. 7.5 You agree that you will only use the Rental Equipment in conjunction with the relevant Services and shall comply with our reasonable instructions in relation to its use. 7.6 You shall be responsible for maintaining adequate cover in place to insure the Rental Equipment while it remains in your possession and custody. You will also be responsible for obtaining and, where appropriate, paying for all necessary licenses, consents and approvals required for the installation and use of the Rental Equipment. 7.7 You will not (and you will ensure that no-one else will) repair, alter, modify or maintain, or make any additions or attachments to, or otherwise alter, the Rental Equipment without our prior written consent. We will not be liable for any costs or charges incurred, faults caused by, or repairs required as a result of, installation or programming of Rental Equipment that is carried out by any other person (other than our employees or agents). You agree to indemnify us for all losses, damages and expenses that are brought against or incurred by us, arising as a result of the same. 7.8 On expiry or termination of the Agreement or the relevant Service, all Rental Equipment must be returned to us in reasonable condition, subject to reasonable wear and tear. If you fail to return or make available for collection the Rental Equipment in a reasonable condition or at all we may, at our option, invoice you for a sum equal to the original cost of the Rental Equipment less any depreciation together with any costs reasonably incurred by us. 7.9 In the event that you return Rental Equipment to us and it is not received by us, in the absence of reasonable evidence that the Rental Equipment has been delivered to us you accept that you shall remain liable for the Rental Equipment.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Containers The marine and intermodal cargo containers either owned or leased by the Borrower and employed by the Borrower in the conduct of its business, including, without limitation, refrigerated, dry van, tank, open top and flat rack containers and refrigeration units and generator sets associated therewith, but excluding any chassis for such containers.
