NAICS Codes definition

NAICS Codes means the North American Industry Classification System. For purposes of this MOU, the Utility has agreed to utilize the three-digit NAICS Codes.
NAICS Codes. The North American Industry Classification System codes by four digits.

Examples of NAICS Codes in a sentence

  • NAICS Codes and small business size standards are periodically updated and revised by SBA.

  • If SBA revises NAICS Code(s) and small business size standard(s) that are within the scope of OASIS during the term of OASIS, the OASIS CO may need to update the OASIS MA-IDIQ task order contracts to reflect the updated NAICS Code(s) and small business size standards(s).

  • All NAICS Codes associated to this contract are grouped under the small business size standard of $16.5M Business Size and identified in Section H.4.2.

  • Only OASIS SB Pool 1 NAICS Codes are eligible to be selected as the predominant NAICS Code for task orders solicited under this contract and only OASIS SB Pool 1 Contractors are eligible to receive solicitations and task order awards under this contract.

  • If these NAICS Codes are not removed within the allotted five (5) business days, CVE may request SBA conduct a formal size determination.

  • Only OASIS SB Pool 4 NAICS Codes are eligible to be selected as the predominant NAICS Code for task orders solicited under this contract and only OASIS SB Pool 4 Contractors are eligible to receive solicitations and task order awards under this contract.

  • Only OASIS SB Pool 5a NAICS Codes are eligible to be selected as the predominant NAICS Code for task orders solicited under this contract and only OASIS SB Pool 5a Contractors are eligible to receive solicitations and task order awards under this contract.

  • Only OASIS Unrestricted Pool 4 NAICS Codes are eligible to be selected as the predominant NAICS Code for task orders solicited under this contract and only OASIS Unrestricted Pool 4 Contractors are eligible to receive solicitations and task order awards under this contract.

  • Only OASIS Unrestricted Pool 2 NAICS Codes are eligible to be selected as the predominant NAICS Code for task orders solicited under this contract and only OASIS Unrestricted Pool 2 Contractors are eligible to receive solicitations and task order awards under this contract.

Related to NAICS Codes

  • Access Codes means the username and password provided by the Company to the Client for accessing his Trading Account through the Company’s electronic systems.

  • Erasmus Code A unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education receives. It is only applicable to higher education institutions located in Programme Countries. 5 Country code: ISO 3166-2 country codes available at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/obp/ui/#search. 6 Any Programme Country enterprise or, more generally, any public or private organisation active in the labour market or in the fields of education, training and youth (training of staff members from Programme Country HEIs in Partner Country non-academic partners is not eligible).

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • JORC Code means the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Australian Institute of Geoscientists and Minerals Council of Australia, as amended;

  • IRS Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time or any successor statute.

  • U.S. Code means the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • General Regulations means the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (General) Regulations 2012.

  • Takeovers Code means the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers;

  • Codes means the following including the latest amendments and/or replacements, if any:

  • SIC code means “Standard Industrial Classification code,” as assigned to a site by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, based on the particular activities that occur on the site, as set forth in its publication “Standard Industrial Classification Manual,” incorporated by reference in Section 720.111(a).

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • Building Code Act means the Building Code Act, 1992, S.O. 1992, c.23, as amended;

  • IBC Code means the 1998 Edition of the International Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Dangerous Chemicals in Bulk published by the International Maritime Organization;

  • Liquidation Process Regulations means, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Liquidation Process) Regulations 2016 as amended from time to time;

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • STCW Code means the Seafarers’ Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Code as adopted by resolution 2 of the 1995 Conference of Parties to the STCW Convention, in its up-to-date version;

  • FDCA shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(hh).

  • Budget Act means an act containing appropriations which form a portion of the state's annual budget.
