Named Fiduciaries definition

Named Fiduciaries means the Trustee and the Committee designated by the Sponsoring Employer to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.

Named Fiduciaries means the Trustees, the Committee, the Separate Agency and such other parties who are designated by the Sponsoring Employer to control and manage the operation and administration of the Plan.

Named Fiduciaries means the “named fiduciaries” of the Plan within the meaning of ERISA Section 402(a), as set forth in Plan Section 3.1.
