Fiduciaries means professional firms such as auditors, accountancy firms, law firms, analysts, insolvency professional entities, consultants, banks etc., assisting or advising the Company.
Fiduciaries means Fortune, each other Participating Employer, the Board of Directors and the board of directors of each other Participating Employer, the Committee, the Trusts Investment Committee and the Trustee, but only with respect to the specific responsibilities of each as described in Articles XI and XII.
