Named Individuals means those individuals listed on Schedule 9.11. P.C., to the Purchaser in connection with this Agreement or in any statement, representation or warranty or other information contained in any offering memorandum, management presentation or any other document or material provided by the Sellers or their representatives or agents to the Purchaser or its Affiliates in connection with this Agreement.
