Named Plaintiff Service Awards definition

Named Plaintiff Service Awards means the monetary amounts awarded by the Court in recognition of the assistance provided by Plaintiffs in the prosecution of the Litigation, the amount of which is as set forth in Section VIII. Any and all Named Plaintiff Service Awards will be paid from any Attorneys’ Fees and Costs.

Examples of Named Plaintiff Service Awards in a sentence

  • Any Class Member, on his, her, or its own, or through an attorney hired at his, her, or its own expense, may object to the terms of the Settlement, Class Counsel’s Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, and/or the Named Plaintiff Service Awards.

  • Sums paid for Named Plaintiff Service Awards will be paid out of the total Attorneys’ Fees and Costs awarded.

  • Similarly, no order, action, or modification of the Court pertaining to the Named Plaintiff Service Awards shall be considered to constitute a material modification so long as such order, action, or modification does not increase the cost of Settlement to be borne by Viridian, and does not require that Viridian do anything not specifically set forth herein.

  • If the Court denies, in whole or part, Lead Class Counsel’s application for an award of Attorneys’ Fees and Costs or the Named Plaintiff Service Awards, the remainder of the terms of this Agreement shall remain in effect.

  • Court approval of the Attorneys’ Fees and Costs award and/or the Named Plaintiff Service Awards will not be a condition of the effectiveness of the Settlement.

  • Viridian shall wire Attorneys’ Fees and Costs and Named Plaintiff Service Awards to an account designated by Xxxxx Xxxxxxx & Xxxxx LLP and Wittels Law, PC in writing.

  • The Court will also consider how much money to award Class Counsel and the amount of the Named Plaintiff Service Awards.

  • A copy of Class Counsel’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and for Named Plaintiff Service Awards will be available at www.googleplaydevelopersettlement.com by March 2, 2023.

  • A copy of Class Counsel’s Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses and for Named Plaintiff Service Awards will be available at www.smallappdeveloperassistance.com by February 15, 2022.

Related to Named Plaintiff Service Awards

  • Service Awards means such funds as may be awarded by the Court to Plaintiffs to compensate them for their participation in the Action, as described in Section IV of this Agreement.

  • Deferred Stock Account means a bookkeeping account maintained by the Company for a Participant representing the Participant's interest in the shares credited to such Deferred Stock Account pursuant to Paragraph 7 hereof.

  • Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.

  • Deferred Stock Units means the number of hypothetical Shares subject to an Election.

  • Phantom Stock Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Holder with respect to a Phantom Stock Award.

  • Deferred Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant under Article 9 to receive Shares (or the equivalent value in cash or other property if the Committee so provides) at a future time as determined by the Committee, or as determined by the Participant within guidelines established by the Committee in the case of voluntary deferral elections.

  • Performance Awards means Performance Units, Performance Shares or either or both of them.

  • Phantom Stock Unit means the right to receive the value of one (1) share of the Company’s Common Stock, subject to the provisions of Section 8.4 of the Plan.

  • Phantom Stock means a right granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 12 representing a number of hypothetical Shares.

  • Performance Stock Unit means a right granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8.2, to receive Stock, the payment of which is contingent upon achieving certain Performance Goals or other performance-based targets established by the Committee.

  • SARS means the South African Revenue Service.

  • Performance Shares means Shares or an Award denominated in Shares which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator.

  • Phantom Stock Award means an Award granted under Paragraph X of the Plan.

  • Performance Award Agreement means a written agreement between the Company and a Participant with respect to a Performance Award.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.

  • Company Stock Account means the account established and maintained in the name of each Participant or Beneficiary to reflect his share of the Trust Fund invested in Company Stock.

  • Performance Stock Award means a Stock Award granted under the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(i).

  • Deferred Stock Award means Awards granted pursuant to Section 8.

  • Performance Share Units means Performance Share Units granted to an Eligible Individual under Section 9.1(b).

  • Stock Units means investment units under the Deferred Delivery Plan, each of which is deemed to be equivalent to one share of Stock.

  • Eligible Participants means persons who, at a particular time, are employees, officers, consultants, or directors of the Company or its subsidiaries;

  • Performance Units means an Award which may be earned in whole or in part upon attainment of performance criteria established by the Administrator and which may be settled for cash, Shares or other securities or a combination of cash, Shares or other securities as established by the Administrator.

  • Performance Stock means a Target Number of Shares granted pursuant to Section 10(a) of the Plan.

  • Appreciation Award means any Award under this Plan of any Stock Option, Stock Appreciation Right or Other Stock-Based Award, provided that such Other Stock-Based Award is based on the appreciation in value of a share of Common Stock in excess of an amount equal to at least the Fair Market Value of the Common Stock on the date such Other Stock-Based Award is granted.

  • Share Units means the hypothetical Shares that are credited to the Share Unit Accounts in accordance with Section 5.3.

  • Phantom Shares means an Award of the right to receive Shares issued at the end of a Restricted Period which is granted pursuant to Section 6(e) of the Plan.
