Nasdaq Requirements definition

Nasdaq Requirements means (i) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements of the SEC or an FSA, as may be applicable based upon the Nasdaq Market from which the Information is received ; (ii) the rules and regulations, disciplinary decision and rule interpretations applicable to Nasdaq Markets (iii) the Nasdaq Markets' decisions, policies, interpretations, operating procedures, specifications, requirements and other documentation that is regulatory or technical in nature (including, but not limited to, user guides) published on the NASDAQ Trader website located at xxx.XXXXXXXxxxxx.xxx or another website accessible by and made known to Distributor; and (iv) all other applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions and other requirements, whether promulgated by the United States, England, Sweden or any other applicable jurisdiction (including in the area of intellectual property); and (v) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of the Nasdaq Requirements.
Nasdaq Requirements means: (i) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”); (ii) the applicable rules, regulations, bylaws, board resolutions, disciplinary decisions, and rule interpretations of self‐regulatory organizations; (iii) the applicable corporation formation documents, bylaws, and board resolutions of Nasdaq; (iv) Nasdaq’s operating procedures, specifications, requirements, and other documented terms that are regulatory or technical in nature (including, but not limited to, user guides) published on the Nasdaq Trader website located at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Nasdaq Trader”) or another Nasdaq website accessible by and made known to Subscriber; (v) Applicable Law (as defined below); and (vi) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of the Nasdaq Requirements. “Applicable Law” shall mean all applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions, and other requirements, whether promulgated by the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction (including in the area of intellectual property) as they may be amended from time to time.
Nasdaq Requirements means: (i) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements from the authorities; (ii) the applicable rules, regulations, disciplinary decisions, and rule interpretations of Nasdaq; (iii) Nasdaq’s operating procedures, specifications, requirements, and other documentation that is regulatory or technical in nature (including, but not limited to, user guides) published on the Nasdaq Corporate website located at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx (“Nasdaq Corporate”) or another Nasdaq website accessible by and made known to Subscriber; (iv) all other applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions, and other requirements, whether promulgated by the European Union or any other applicable jurisdiction (including in the area of intellectual property); and (v) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of the Nasdaq Requirements. Subscriber warrants that it is, will continue to be during the term of this Agreement, and will only use the Service in compliance with this Agreement and the Nasdaq Requirements. Nasdaq warrants that it is, will continue to be during the term of this Agreement, and will only use Subscriber’s Data in compliance with this Agreement and the Nasdaq Requirements.

  • Vendor shall not transmit or provide the Information to any person for retransmission or redistribution by such person unless authorized per the NASDAQ Requirements.

  • Vendor shall only transmit or provide Delayed Information to any person in accordance with the NASDAQ Requirements.

  • Vendor's Subscribers are authorized to receive and use the Information only for the purposes set forth per the NASDAQ Requirements.

  • The fee(s) currently in effect are set forth in the NASDAQ Requirements.

Nasdaq Requirements means: (a) the rules and regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders, and other requirements of the SEC; (h) the rules and regulations of the NASD and its affiliates; (c) the NASD’s and affiliates’ decisions, interpretations, operation procedures, specifications, requirements; (d) all other applicable laws, statutes , rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions, and other requirements, whether promulgated by the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction (including the area of intellectual property); and (e) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of Nasdaq Requirements.
Nasdaq Requirements means (i) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements of the SEC; (ii) the rules, regulations, disciplinary decisions, and rule interpretations of the NASDAQ Companies (iii) the NASDAQ Companies' operating procedures, specifications, requirements, and other documentation that is regulatory or technical in nature (including, but not limited to, user guides) published on the NASDAQTraderUTPPlan website located at XXXXXXXxxxxxxxx.XXXXxxx.xxx or another website accessible by and made known to Distributor; and (iv) all other applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions, and other requirements, whether promulgated by the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction (including in the area of intellectual property); and (v) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of the NASDAQ Requirements.
Nasdaq Requirements means: (i) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements of the OSC, as may be applicable based upon the Nasdaq Market from which the Information is received; (ii) other rules and regulations, disciplinary decision and rule interpretations applicable to Nasdaq Markets; (iii) the Nasdaq Markets' decisions, policies, interpretations, operating procedures, specifications, requirements and other documentation that is regulatory or technical in nature (including, but not limited to, user guides) published on the NASDAQ Trader website located at xxx.XXXXXXXxxxxx.xxx or another website accessible by and made known to Distributor; (iv) all other applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions and other requirements, whether promulgated by Canada (including in the area of intellectual property); (v) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of the Nasdaq Requirements.
Nasdaq Requirements means: (a) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements of the Securities Exchange Commission (“SEC”) or a Financial Services Authority (“FSA”), as may be applicable based on the Nasdaq Market from which the Information is received; (b) the applicable rules and regulations of Nasdaq, its affiliates and its registered securities and options markets and other subsidiaries of Nasdaq, including each Nasdaq Market;

The word “User” means a Subscriber or a Subscriber’s employees or associated person under the United States Exchange Act of 1934 who is eligible to use any portion of the Service.
Nasdaq Requirements means (i) the rules, regulations, interpretations, decisions, opinions, orders and other requirements of the SEC or an FSA, as may be applicable based upon the Nasdaq Affiliate from which the Data is received ; (ii) the rules and regulations, disciplinary decision and rule interpretations applicable to any Funds; (iii) Nasdaq policies, interpretations, operating procedures, specifications, requirements and other documentation that is regulatory or technical in nature (including, but not limited to, user guides) published on the Nasdaq Trader website located at www.NasdaqTrader.com or another website accessible by and made known to Subscriber; (iv) all other applicable laws, statutes, rules, regulations, orders, decisions, interpretations, opinions and other requirements, whether promulgated by the United States, England, Sweden or any other applicable jurisdiction (including in the area of intellectual property); and (v) the successors, as they may exist at the time, of the components of the Nasdaq Requirements.
