National Employment Standard definition

National Employment Standard. (NES) means the National Employment Standards as contained in sections 59 to 131 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth)
National Employment Standard or “NES” means the minimum conditions of employment that are defined as the National Employment Standards by the Fair Work Act 2009.
