National Sales Director definition

National Sales Director means, as to each Party, the individual designated by such Party to lead the project to which this Agreement relates, through whom all major communications will be channeled and who will be responsible for high level support within and between the respective Parties’ organizations in relation to this Agreement, including overseeing all significant operational and other issues in connection with the Detailing and promotion activities and the Services to be performed hereunder.
