NCE Subscription Services means the services and use related to NCE subscription services. NCE Subscription Terms: the terms and conditions relating to the provision of the NCE Subscription Services found in Schedule 2. Normal Business Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm local UK time on Business Days unless otherwise stated in the applicable Statement of Work. Examples of NCE Subscription Services in a sentence

  • For NCE Subscription Services, it is only valid for the month in which the quote has been issued.

  • Where the services referred to in the Supplier’s Statement of Work include the provision of Microsoft products or services under the New Commerce Experience (“NCE Subscription Services”), the NCE Subscription Services shall be provided in accordance with and governed by the Statement of Work and these Supplemental Terms (which are hereinafter referred to as the “NCE Subscription Terms”).

Related to NCE Subscription Services

  • Subscription Services means SAP’s then-current subscription services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Interconnection Service(s) means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.
